How can I take Larz Pet Gear from San Diego CA to small claims court?

I placed an internet order with Larz Pet Gear at www.larzpetgear.com for over $200.00 worth of merchandise. They refuse to send me my goods or my money back. They are in CA and I am not. Can I take them to small claims court in my home state?
I have made formal complaints to the BBB and the California Attorney Generals office. They will not give me a reason, my requests go un-answered.
