is my dog too small for a bark collar?
Shes a 6 month old Maltipom, she weighs less than 5 lbs. She cries when Im gone to class and no one else is around. I dont want to get on the neighbors nerves. Is she too small to have one? Others said it worked for their small dogs.

I did an extensive research into different collars for a specific issue I was having. Here is what I found.
1. Dog must be at least 8 lbs for a e collar.
2. In my opinion. the spray collars are too heavy as the dog will know when it is wearing it
3. there are some bark sound aversion devices that are sound triggered that the dog does not have to wear a collar.
None of these were suitable for my needs so I had to get creative and use other means for my dogs issues.
It sounds like # 3 may be suitable for you.
