I Mean Sells Them Like A Reputable Website that sell them constantly - He Is 9 months old so too young so i want somewhere that sells them all the time .
I Do Not Fight My Dog I Can Assure Ya =D . Love Him To Bits - Its To Drain Energy However Backpack Is Just Too Much Hassle And He Would Easily Destroy Whereas He Is Used To A Harness So Would Be Ok. And I Would Start Off With No Weights Then Slowly Build Him Up !

Your link was expired, so I am guessing that this is what you are talking about. Not a backpack, but a harness, with slip in weights. In which case, the only place I have ever seen one is here: http://www.pitbull-store.com/
I totally understand. We use a backpack, and it works for us, but my dog has never tried to chew it. We do the same thing, gradually build up weight to drain off energy and decrease/increase depending upon what we are doing. Usually we fill it with water bottles as it's easy to adjust weight.

It doesn't look as nicely hand-stitched as the one in your example, but it was very clear how the weight system worked. The harness is about halfway down the page.

It is leather and expensive AND on backorder, but it looks more like the other one.
